Brailes Show needs help……
Following on from the most successful 2017 show we are now starting to plan and organise the 2018 Show but are needing some key roles to be filled, can you help…..
Treasurer – A very important and essential position. You do not have to be an accounts wizard for this role, just being able to use a computer, enjoy counting money, and be organised!!! The role is varied and for most of the year just involves reporting to the committee the current balance and paying bills or banking but the week prior, Show Day and a few days after is more involved then of course its producing a simple set of accounts for the Annual General Meeting. BBQ Co-ordinator – one of our bigger money earners is the Show BBQ which runs during the day. We are looking for somebody who will organise this for us.
Gate Co-ordinator – Organising a rota of volunteers to take the entry money from the show visitors.
Or if you would like to join our committee and help plan and organise the Show you would be very welcome, we particularly would like some of the younger members of the community to join us to bring us fresh ideas to help us keep the Show a family day out for all ages.
