New Time for Fitsteps!
Michelle would like to welcome you to join her New Fitsteps class at Brailes Village Hall every Wednesday morning 11-12. Come and join a fun, relaxed exercise class based on Strictly! It’s interval training so not only will you be learning to Samba, Rumba, Quickstep & Paso Doble but you’ll be tightening & toning as you do!!
